Easy to use! Your guest will pick up the phone and then say their message into the phone handset. Their message will be recorded to a small digital recorder that is connected to the phone externally. When your guest hangs the phone up, the recording is paused automatically and then begins recording again when the phone receiver is picked up to record another message.
